Changes by medication

The last 30 days counted by the medicine a plan is for. Plans for a membership with no single medicine are not counted here. Open a medicine to see what every provider charges for it today.

Who has changed a price, and who has not

Every provider whose prices we read, most recent change first. A provider with no change shows the date we first read it and the date we last did: a price that has not moved is also a finding, but only from a known start and only as recent as the last reading.

Follow the changes

The moves are published as a feed and the prices as a dataset, so you can read them where you already read things.

Questions

Questions about GLP-1 price changes

The answers are written from the counts above, so they change when the prices do.

Not sure where to start? Find your match
  • How often do GLP-1 provider prices change?

In the 30 days to November 1, 2026, we recorded 15 plan price changes at 6 of the 35 providers we track. Our first confirmed reading was on July 30, 2026, about 13 weeks ago, too short a history to say how often prices change in general.

  • Which GLP-1 provider cut its price the most?

By percentage, the largest cut in the last 30 days was Wegovy® at Pallas Health: from $1,349 to $599 a month (-56%). It is one plan, not the provider's whole range.

  • Why did a provider change its price?

We record that a price changed, not why. Each move links to the page the new price was read from, and that page or the provider's own announcements are where a reason would be stated.

  • Does a price cut mean a cheaper treatment?

Not by itself. Plans differ in term, dose and what is included, and a lower monthly figure can come with a longer commitment or a different strength. We list plan prices that include the medication; introductory prices, prices that assume insurance and membership fees alone are left out. The provider's review sets out the terms of each plan.

  • How do you tell a price change from a correction?

A move is a different monthly price for the same plan between two confirmed readings. A change in the first two weeks after we first read a provider's page is more likely our own correction, so it is left out of this page.

  • Can I follow price changes automatically?

Yes. The feed at glp1update.com/feed.xml carries each new price move and each new guide; add its address to a feed reader. Each item links to the provider's review, which lists the page the price was read from and the date.

  • Can I reuse this data?

The price index is published as a CSV under CC BY 4.0: reuse it with a credit that links to glp1update.com/price-index. The moves on this page are in the feed.

How we record a move

A move is a different monthly price for the same plan between two confirmed readings. Changes in the first two weeks after a provider’s first reading are our own corrections and are left out. The date each price was last read is shown beside it on the provider’s review.

These are individual plan changes, not a trend: the history is too short to read a market direction from it. A colour marks the direction of one change and a bar its size; neither says a plan is better or worse value. How we read and date prices is in the methodology; we earn affiliate commissions from some of these providers, as how we make money explains.
