What you actually pay
SHED's terms state the figures plainly: $199 a month for compounded semaglutide and $299 for compounded tirzepatide. Medication and supplies are included, along with member support and shipping.
Its product page advertises something lower — "Compounded Semaglutide as low as $159/mo" and "Compounded Trizepatide starting as low as $239/mo" — without saying which plan earns those rates. Where a provider's marketing and its terms disagree, we record the terms, because that is the document you are agreeing to.
Thirteen charges, not twelve
SHED bills every 28 days. A 28-day cycle comes round thirteen times in a year, so a plan at $199 costs $199 thirteen times over twelve months, not twelve. Nothing is hidden about it — the terms say every 28 days — but a monthly budget built on twelve payments will be one short.
The two-month minimum
Every program requires a minimum commitment of two full months, and SHED's terms say a cancellation inside that period does not release you from it. Cancellation is possible only after those two months, or at the close of a renewal cycle, whichever falls later, and a request must arrive at least 72 hours before the next cycle.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. The one exception in the terms is a multi-month subscription where a provider decides you are not medically eligible: then the unfulfilled cycles can be refunded.
The guarantee with an asterisk
SHED's product page advertises a "120-Day Weight Loss Guarantee*". The asterisk is doing the work. Its terms describe refunds in one circumstance only — unfulfilled cycles of a multi-month subscription where a provider finds you medically ineligible — and state that subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, including where a patient does not complete the program. Whatever the guarantee offers, it is not set out in the document you agree to, so ask for its conditions in writing before you count on it.

Compounded, and what that means
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved: the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold. SHED's pages carry that disclosure and name Ozempic, Wegovy and Rybelsus as the FDA-approved semaglutide products, which is the clearest version of the disclosure we have seen among these sellers. It also lists brand Wegovy and Zepbound, and an oral GLP-1, alongside the compounded options.
