The rule everything else follows from

No number is published without a source URL and the date we read it. Both are shown on the page, next to the figure.

That single rule is why this site exists. Most GLP-1 comparison content restates a price it found on another comparison site, which found it on a third, none of which recorded when. Prices in this market change monthly. Undated, unsourced pricing is not information, and enough of it is arguably deceptive.

Where our facts come from

Every price, inclusion, exclusion, state restriction and pharmacy relationship on this site was read directly from the provider's own website, its own pricing page, or its own published terms. We keep:

• the exact URL we read it from,
• the date we read it,
• how we verified it, and
• where available, a screenshot of the page as it appeared.

We do not take pricing from other comparison sites, aggregator databases, or press coverage. We use competitors' sites only to learn which companies exist — never as a source for a fact about them.

For drug information we use the FDA-approved label and other primary regulatory sources. For insurance and public-programme rules we use CMS and state Medicaid publications. Where a product must be described, we reproduce the label faithfully rather than paraphrasing it into something more appealing.

Verification and staleness

A verified fact decays. We treat it accordingly:

• Every price carries its verification date, visible on the page, not buried in a footnote.
• Pages show a badge indicating whether a figure is fresh, ageing, or stale.
• A stale figure stays on the page with that label rather than vanishing, so a reader who arrives from a bookmark still gets the facts and their age.

When a provider changes a price, a person compares the new figure with the old one and the evidence before anything on the site changes. A human confirms every change before it publishes. Nothing on this site updates a public price automatically.

What we will not publish

These are firm. They are not aspirations.

• We do not republish a provider's efficacy or savings claims. If we publish a claim, we own it, so we write from primary sources and our own verified prices.
• We do not call any compounded product "the same as" or "a generic version of" an approved brand. That specific framing has drawn FDA warning letters, and it is false.
• No testimonials presented as typical results, and no before-and-after imagery. Health claims require competent and reliable scientific evidence; a happy customer is not that.
• No fake urgency, countdown timers, invented scarcity, fabricated reviews, or "N people are viewing this" widgets. The FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials carries civil penalties per violation.
• We do not sell ranking position. See below.
• We do not publish a page to fill a slot. A page goes up when we have verified facts of its own to put on it, not because a search term exists.
• We do not publish clinical guidance without a recorded medical review. We do not yet have a named reviewer, so today that means no clinical guidance at all; see below.

Independence from commercial relationships

We earn money from affiliate commissions. That creates an obvious incentive to rank whoever pays best, and stating that we resist it would be worth very little.

So the ordering is not ours to bias. A provider's overall score is computed from five published factors — pricing, clinical quality, medication, experience and transparency — and whether a provider pays us is not one of them. There is no way for anyone here to set a score by hand. The match quiz orders results against your answers by a published rule, and commission is not one of its inputs either.

Where a provider has a commercial relationship with us, it is labelled on the page. Paying providers are not grouped above non-paying ones, and there is no "featured" tier for sale.

Who writes this

Content is researched and written by the site's operator, working from the primary sources described above. Commercial and operational facts — prices, inclusions, availability — are published on our own verification. Clinical content requires sign-off from a licensed reviewer, recorded with the reviewer's name and the date; see our medical disclaimer for our current reviewer status, which we state plainly rather than implying credentials we do not have.

Corrections

We will be wrong sometimes. When we are, we want to hear about it and we fix it in public rather than quietly. The process, including what we do about claims that turn out to be unsupportable, is on our corrections page.
