Why this site exists
GLP-1 treatment in the United States is expensive, the prices change constantly, and almost nothing published about them is dated. Search for what a month of Zepbound or Wegovy costs and you will find comparison pages quoting figures with no source and no indication of when anyone last checked. Some of those figures are a year old. Some are a membership fee being presented as the price of treatment, which is a different number by several hundred dollars a month.
This site is an attempt to do the boring version properly: read the price off the provider’s own page, record the URL and the date, say plainly what the price does and does not include, and re-check it. There are 28 providers published here. Every figure on every one of them has a source and a date attached, and nothing is published without both.
What we are not
- Not a healthcare provider. We do not practise medicine, prescribe, dispense or arrange care, and nothing here is medical advice. See the medical disclaimer.
- Not affiliated with any manufacturer. Not with Eli Lilly, not with Novo Nordisk, not with any telehealth company or pharmacy described here.
- Not an insurance broker. We are not licensed to sell insurance and will not tell you which plan to buy.
- Not neutral about money. We earn affiliate commissions. That is set out in full, including what it does not buy, at how we make money.
What we do not have yet
A named medical reviewer. We are recruiting a licensed US clinician — MD, DO, PharmD or NP with a verifiable NPI — to review clinical content. Until that person is in place, the site publishes commercial and operational facts (what things cost, what a price includes, which states a provider serves, which pharmacy fills the prescription) and stays off clinical guidance.
We would rather say this on the front page of our own About than let a reader assume a clinician has vetted something no clinician has seen. If you are a licensed clinician interested in reviewing content here, please get in touch.
Scores. None of the published providers are scored yet. A rating assembled from whatever happened to be easy to measure would be worse than none, and the factor we could least evidence — clinical depth — was removed from the rubric rather than guessed at. Providers are currently ordered by the one thing we have verified rigorously: the cheapest price that actually includes medication.
Who writes it
The site is researched and written by its operator, working from providers’ own published material, FDA labels, and CMS and state Medicaid publications. It is not generated at volume: there are 28 provider pages here because that is how many we have read and verified, and a page goes up when we have something verified to say on it.

Intended audience
This site publishes information for residents of the United States about US providers, prices and insurance coverage. It is not directed to any other market. We do not vary what we serve based on where a visitor is located, so every reader receives identical pages.
