Corrections Policy

This site is operated by Zanubio SRL (CIF 49033442), registered at Str. Speranței nr. 10, District 2, 020993 Bucharest, Romania. Written enquiries, including corrections and legal notices, go to hello@glp1update.com.

Report an error

If a price, an inclusion, a state restriction, a pharmacy relationship or anything else on this site is wrong, tell us. Useful reports include the page, the specific claim, and — if you have it — the URL showing the correct figure. We would rather receive a rough report than none.

Providers: if we have misdescribed your pricing or your programme, write to us directly. We will correct a factual error on your evidence. We will not remove an accurate but unflattering fact, and we will not accept a correction that arrives conditioned on a commercial arrangement.

What we do

  1. We check it against the primary source — the provider's own site, the FDA label, the CMS publication. Not against our own notes, and not against what we published last time.
  2. If the claim is wrong, we correct it and re-date it. The verification date on the page moves to the date we re-checked, so the page never carries a fresher date than the actual check.
  3. If the claim cannot be supported at all, we remove it. An unsourceable number does not get softened with a hedge; it comes off the page. The relevant page may drop out of the search index as a result, which is the correct outcome.
  4. If we cannot reproduce the reported error, we say so and explain what we checked, rather than silently closing the report.

Every change to a published value is recorded in an append-only changelog with the field, the previous value, the new value, who made the change and when. That record covers our corrections exactly as it covers routine updates — we cannot revise a figure without leaving a trace of having done so.

Timing

Prices and coverage figures are the ones people act on, so those come first. We aim to check a reported pricing error within a few business days. Anything that could lead a reader to spend money on a wrong premise — a price that is lower than reality, a "medication included" flag that should be off, a missing refill-window condition — is treated as urgent and takes priority over new content.

What is not a correction

  • A price that changed after we verified it is not an error; it is the market moving. We still want to know, because it means the page needs re-verification, and it will be handled the same way.
  • A disagreement with our editorial judgement — which drawback we chose to highlight, how we grouped providers — is not a factual correction. We will read it, and we may change our approach, but it will not be logged as an error.
  • A request to remove an accurate negative fact will be declined. If a provider's own page contradicts itself, or its advertised price excludes the medication, saying so is the service this site provides.

Significant corrections

Where a correction materially changes what a reader would have concluded — a price that was wrong in a direction that would have cost someone money, or a claim we should never have published — we note the correction on the page itself rather than only in the changelog. We do not quietly overwrite and move on.
