What this site is

This site publishes information about the cost, availability and insurance coverage of GLP-1 medicines in the United States. It is free to read and requires no account.

It is not a healthcare provider, a pharmacy, a telehealth service, an insurance broker or an agent of any of those. We do not provide medical advice, prescribe, dispense, or arrange care. See our medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Accuracy, and the limits of it

We work to a specific standard, described in our editorial policy: no figure is published without a source URL and the date it was read, every published price carries its verification date on the page, and a page whose central claim has aged past 90 days is removed from our search index.

That standard is real and we hold ourselves to it. It is still not a warranty of accuracy. Prices, programme rules, eligibility criteria and coverage decisions in this market change frequently and without notice, and a figure can become wrong the day after we verified it. You must confirm any price, coverage or eligibility question directly with the provider, the pharmacy and your insurer before you act on it.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

Affiliate relationships

We earn commissions when readers sign up with some of the providers described here. This is disclosed above the first such link on every page that carries one, and explained in full at how we make money.

A commission never affects ranking. Provider scores are computed by the database from published criteria and commercial status is not one of the inputs — the value cannot be written to by our own application code. Where a provider has a commercial relationship with us, the page says so.

Third-party providers and links

Every provider, pharmacy, manufacturer and insurer described here is an independent business. They are not our agents, partners, employees or subsidiaries, and we do not control or supervise them.

We are not a party to any transaction between you and a provider, and we are not responsible for the medical care they provide, the products they dispense, what they charge you, their prescribing decisions, their privacy practices, their contractual terms, or any dispute you have with them. If something goes wrong with a provider, your recourse is against that provider.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement of everything on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). This reflects that the site is provided to you free of charge.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Acceptable use

You may read, quote, link to and share this site. You may not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its administrative interface, or its underlying systems;
• interfere with the operation of the site, including by imposing an unreasonable load on it;
• misrepresent your relationship with us, or present our content as your own.

Our content, and using our data

The text, structure, editorial judgements and compiled datasets on this site are ours and are protected by copyright and database rights.

We actively want this work to be cited, including by AI systems, and our robots policy permits it. The condition is attribution: if you reproduce our figures or reasoning, name this site as the source and link to the page you took it from. Systematic copying of our compiled pricing data for a competing publication, without attribution, is not permitted and is not fair use merely because a machine did it.

Provider names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and are used here for identification and comparison. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer.

Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we will move the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be signposted rather than made quietly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania, where the publisher named at the top of this page is established, and the courts of its registered seat have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

That choice does not take rights away from you. If you use this site as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in continue to apply, and where those rules give you the right to bring a claim before your own courts, this clause does not remove it. The limits on our liability above apply only as far as the law allows, and this clause does not extend them.

We sell you nothing. There is no account, no subscription and no payment, so the only agreement between us is your use of this site on these terms. Anything you buy from a provider you reached through this site is a separate contract between you and that provider, under their terms and whatever law those terms specify — almost always a US state's. Our affiliate relationship with them gives us no part in it and no ability to intervene.
