What it charges, and what that price covers
The GLP-1 Weight Loss Subscription is listed at $270 a month, shown against a struck-through "$417.00". The page is unusually specific about what the figure buys: "Unlimited clinician access, cost of medicine included, the price remains the same at all doses, cancel anytime."
That third clause is worth noting, because it is the opposite of how most of this market works. On several providers reviewed here the monthly cost climbs as the dose is titrated upward. PeterMD says its does not, and the promise is on the product page rather than buried in terms.
The page also links to two cheaper-looking options it does not explain: "$948/12 Month Paid In Full" and "GLP-1 Lv2 Weight Loss $834". Neither says what it contains, which medication, or over what period the second one runs, so neither is in the table above. If the twelve-month figure means what it appears to, it is a materially different rate from the monthly one, and it is worth asking what it includes before taking either.
Eight states, including the two biggest

Most telehealth sellers on this site exclude two or three states, usually the ones with the strictest telemedicine rules. Eight is a long list, and California and Texas between them are a large share of the country. If you live in one of them, nothing else on this page matters.
"Cancel anytime", and the 48 hours
The product page says "cancel anytime". The auto-billing policy is more specific: cancellations "must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the renewal" processing date, by email.
Both are quoted below. They are not the same promise, and the one that governs your card is the second.
Once it ships, it is yours
The refund terms are among the firmest here: "All purchases of Peter M.D treatments are final once medication is received." The single exception is physical — a defective or damaged product, reported with a photograph within 24 hours of the package arriving, is replaced rather than refunded.
A 24-hour window with photographic proof is a short one. If you are away when a delivery lands, it can close before you open the box.
Nobody is named, and nobody has reviewed it
Two absences are worth recording together.
We found no Trustpilot profile for PeterMD when we checked — not a poor rating, no profile returned at all. So there is no independent body of customer reviews to weigh, in either direction.
And no company name appears anywhere on its site. The brand is "Peter MD"; the legal entity behind it, the one you would name in a dispute or a chargeback, is not stated on the product page or the refund policy. Most providers on this site put a company name in the footer or the terms. This one does not.
What else is on the shelf
The GLP-1 subscription sits in a catalogue with testosterone, sexual-function, hair-loss and longevity products, and the page's "People also bought" row offers Sermorelin injections and tadalafil tablets. That is context rather than criticism: it tells you the clinical focus is broad, and that the weight-loss programme is one line in a wider storefront.
