MEDGm reviews
MEDGm bills each bundle in full up front and renews it automatically. Its refund page and its terms disagree about whether unused months come back.

Best for
Readers who are comfortable paying for a whole bundle up front, will diarize the 72-hour cancellation cutoff, and will get MEDGm's refund rule confirmed in writing before paying.
What to watch out for
MEDGm's own pages disagree about refunds.
Its refund page says that on a plan billed two or more months at a time you are refunded the months for which no medication was shipped. Its terms say the membership fee is non-refundable and that no refund, partial or otherwise, is issued if you cancel before the end of a paid term. A bundle is billed in full up front, so on a long term the difference is a large sum. Get the rule that applies to your bundle in writing before you pay.

What a year costs
The monthly price times the charges in a year (twelve, or thirteen where a provider bills every 4 weeks), for plans that include the medication. Each plan is counted at the dose and price it lists, for all twelve months; first-month offers, refill-window changes and campaign prices are not applied.

Membership plans: the medication costs extra
These are membership fees. The medication is billed separately, so they are not a treatment price and are not compared with the prices above.
$99 billed monthly · Checked Oct 26 · Source

The brand-name cards read $99 Membership + Medication Cost. The medication is billed on top and its cost is not printed on the page, so $99 is the membership, not the price of Zepbound or Wegovy. Availability is subject to change.

MEDGm bills every bundle in full up front and renews it unless you cancel 72 hours ahead. Its refund page promises money back for months with no shipment, and its terms say there are no refunds at all.
What does MEDGm charge, and when?
Compounded semaglutide injections are $299 a month with no commitment, and the first month is $179. A 3-month bundle works out to $199 a month, a 6-month one to $189 and a 12-month one to $169.
Compounded tirzepatide injections are $399 a month with a first month of $279. The bundles are $299, $289 and $269 a month.
Semaglutide tablets are $369 a month, with a first month of $249, and the bundles are $319, $289 and $239 a month.
Each bundle is one charge for the whole term. The twelve-month semaglutide bundle is $2,028 on the day you enroll. The longer terms carry the lower monthly rates, so they are also the largest bills.
Which refund rule applies?
Two pages disagree. The refund page lists several cases. Cancel within the first 72 hours with no services received and you get a full refund. If the provider disqualifies you, the charges are refunded. On a plan billed two or more months at a time, you are refunded the months for which no medication was shipped.
On a monthly plan there is no refund for the month you cancel in or any earlier month, and apart from those cases there is no refund at all. Dispensed prescriptions cannot be returned or refunded.
The terms say the membership fee is non-refundable and that no refund, partial or otherwise, is issued if you cancel before the end of a paid term. That contradicts the refund page's rule for unshipped months. Ask MEDGm which one governs before paying for a bundle.
What happens at renewal?
The card on file is charged automatically for the next term until you cancel. To avoid the charge you must cancel at least 72 hours before the renewal date, by email or in the member portal. Miss that window and the cycle is charged, with the cancellation taking effect the cycle after.
You can cancel at any time, and service continues to the end of the paid term. Charges also continue in a period where you skip a refill form or no shipment goes out.
Do the brand-name options have a price?
Only a membership. A Zepbound or Wegovy membership is $99 a month and an Ozempic one is $171, with the medication billed on top at a cost the page does not print. That makes the brand route an open-ended number until MEDGm quotes the medication.
Does insurance or Medicare pay for any of this?
No. MEDGm is cash-pay only and does not accept or bill health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.
Which states does MEDGm serve?
MEDGm says it serves every state and the District of Columbia, though some services or medications may not be available everywhere and availability can change.
What we'd do first
Start on a month-to-month plan to see the first shipment before you pay for a bundle. If you want a bundle, ask MEDGm in writing which refund rule applies to unshipped months, and set a reminder four days before the renewal date so the 72-hour cutoff does not catch you.
If you are looking at the brand-name route, treat it as unpriced until MEDGm gives you the medication cost in a number you can hold it to.

How to cancel
72 hours
Cancel at least 72 hours before renewal; service runs to the end of the paid term
You may cancel at any time for any reason, through support or the member portal. The request must arrive at least 72 hours before the renewal date or that cycle is charged and the cancellation takes effect the cycle after. Service continues to the end of the paid term.
Refunds
Pages disagree
The refund page returns unshipped months; the terms say no refunds at all
The refund page gives a full refund for a cancellation within the first 72 hours with no services received and refunds the charges if the provider disqualifies you. A monthly plan gets no refund for the month of cancellation or any earlier month, and a plan billed two or more months at a time is refunded the months with no medication shipped. Otherwise there is no refund. The terms instead say the membership fee is non-refundable, with no partial refund. Dispensed prescriptions cannot be returned or refunded.
Automatic renewal
Auto-renews
Charged for the next term until you cancel, even if no shipment goes out
The payment method is charged automatically for the next subscription term on a recurring basis until you cancel. Charges continue even in a period where you skip a required refill form or receive no shipment.
Prepaid commitments
Billed upfront
A bundle's whole fee is charged on the day you enroll
MEDGm sells a monthly subscription or bundles of three, six or twelve months. The fee for the whole term, including a multi-month bundle, is billed upfront on the day you enroll.
