What you actually pay
Yucca's semaglutide costs $125 a month on the six-month plan, charged $750 up front, or $146 if you pay month to month. Tirzepatide is $225 a month on the six-month plan, or $258 month to month.
The gap is the whole offer. Paying six months up front is what earns the advertised rate, and the "for life" promise is attached to it: Yucca's terms describe the monthly price on the six-month semaglutide plan as locked in for life. The site also promises the same price at every dose, which removes the usual titration surprise.
Cancel anytime, but final sale
The homepage says "Cancel Anytime" and "No Hidden Fees". The terms are narrower, and they are what govern. Compounded medications are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order reaches the pharmacy. Prescription medication cannot be returned. Refunds are issued only for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where a provider does not approve treatment. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund a charge already processed or an order already in progress.
Both statements can be true at once — you can stop the next renewal at any time — but "cancel anytime" and "get your money back" are different promises, and only the first one is being made.
What the plan includes
The consultation is free and there is no separate membership fee, so the price is the medication and the care around it. Shipping is free and quoted at two days. Yucca states it works with US-licensed pharmacies and licensed providers in all 50 states, and that no insurance is required.
Plans renew automatically at whatever interval you choose at checkout, and the terms say a six-month subscription keeps renewing until the end of your six-month prescription. That is the flip side of the lower rate: the plan is designed to continue, and stopping it is a thing you have to do rather than a thing that happens.
Compounded, and what that means
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved: the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold. Yucca describes its medication as compounded in US pharmacies it calls FDA-regulated, which refers to the pharmacy's registration, not to approval of the drug it makes.
