The brand prices are the thing to look at
Sprout lists four weight-loss options and prices each as a floor. Compounded semaglutide starts at "$149" a month and compounded tirzepatide at "$199". Those are ordinary figures for this market.
The brand-name listings are not. Sprout prices Wegovy from "$1799" a month and Zepbound from "$1999".
Set those against the manufacturers' own cash pharmacies, which this site also tracks. NovoCare, run by Novo Nordisk itself, sells the Wegovy pen at $349 a month once the introductory period ends. LillyDirect, Eli Lilly's own pharmacy, sells Zepbound from $299 at the starting dose to $449 at the highest. Ro, which passes the manufacturers' prices through, charges $349 for the Wegovy pen and $449 for the higher Zepbound doses.
Both Sprout figures are floors — the least you could pay — and both sit several times above what the companies that make these drugs charge for them directly. We cannot tell you why from the page: nothing on it explains what the difference buys, and no dose is named against either number.
What the floors do not say
None of the four prices is tied to a dose, a plan length or a quantity, and there is no table behind them. That is why the price section above records no figure: a floor is not a price, and ranking one against a verified number is the comparison this site exists to prevent.
Refunds run in three stages
Sprout's refund policy is clearer than most, and it steps down as your order progresses. Cancel before a provider reviews your intake and you get everything back, "no questions asked". Cancel after that review but before the pharmacy has it, and you get a refund "minus a flat $50 clinical review fee". Once the prescription reaches the pharmacy it is non-refundable.
The multi-month terms are better than several sellers on this site: cancel a prepaid plan early and Sprout divides what you actually paid by the months in the plan and refunds the unshipped ones. Compare that with providers whose prepaid terms leave you liable for the balance after you cancel.
To stop the next charge you need to give 48 hours' notice before the billing date.
The FDA letter
On 9 September 2025 the FDA wrote to Sprout Health Partners LLC alleging the unlawful sale of unapproved and misbranded drugs to US consumers over the internet. That is a broader allegation than the marketing-claims letters several other providers on this site have received. It is recorded below with its source. A warning letter sets out what the agency alleges; it is not a court finding.
Where it operates, and a contradiction
Sprout says its services are available in every US state except "AL, AR, MS, LA, CA, ND" — a list that includes California, the largest market in the country.
A second page then lists the states where its doctors "will provide synchronous visits ... where they are required by state law", and Arkansas appears on that list too. One page says Arkansas is not served; the other describes how patients there are seen. Both are below with their sources.
It also sells NAD+
Alongside the weight-loss range Sprout offers compounded NAD+ therapy from "$199", and labels it plainly: "Compounded NAD+ is not FDA-approved and has not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality." It is not a GLP-1 and is not in the price table above.
