Yes. Mochi Health prescribes to your pharmacy or handles prior authorization, so a plan that covers the drug can pay for it.

What you actually pay
The membership is $79 a month, $39 for the first month, and it does not include medication — Mochi states "Medications and diagnostic services not included in membership subscription" directly beneath its own medication cards. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are each billed on top of it, so the membership is never the whole monthly cost.
Even that is provisional. Mochi's terms reserve the right to "change the price for a Medication Subscription at any time for any reason", and add that if you cancel and re-subscribe "the Medication Fee may not be the same". The medication price is also pharmacy-dependent by design — step two of Mochi's own flow is "Choose your pharmacy — Compare pharmacies and find the best price".
What is genuinely good here
The consultation is a real 30-minute video visit with a provider you choose, and Mochi says you can expect it "within one week of signing up". A registered dietitian is included, as is unlimited messaging and 24/7 care team support. If you are transferring in, you do not have to restart at the lowest dose: "we can continue you at the same dose with documentation of your previous medication."
Cancelling is narrower than "cancel anytime"
Email does not work, and Mochi says so explicitly: "Contacting us at hello@joinmochi.com is NOT an acceptable way to request to cancel ... Requests to cancel subscriptions received via email ... will NOT be considered valid." Only in-app cancellation or the phone line count.
Cancellation "will take effect at the end of the then current subscription term", and cancelling the membership automatically cancels any active medication subscription. Medication money is gone once the order moves: fees are "not eligible for a refund, whether in part or in whole, once the order has been sent to a Pharmacy for dispensing", and the refunds page states "all prescription sales are final."
Disputes default to binding individual arbitration with a class-action waiver unless you send written opt-out notice within 30 days.
Four places the site disagrees with itself
- Shipping. The FAQ says "No, shipping is included in the medication prices." The terms say the charge is the medication fee "plus any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and fees."
- Compounded pricing, twice on the same FAQ page. One answer says "Depending on the medication, pricing will vary by pharmacy." Another, a few lines later, gives a fixed price for all doses of compounded semaglutide and another for all doses of compounded tirzepatide.
- How many memberships exist. The public pricing module shows one plan, at $79. The FAQ lists two with different starting prices — a "Wellness Plus Plan" and a "Mochi Health Subscription" — plus multi-month prices that appear nowhere on the marketing page.
- HSA/FSA. The FAQ answers "Yes!" to whether you can pay with an HSA or FSA. The terms say the monthly fee "is not a covered benefit under most health insurance plans or other healthcare benefit plans such as the Health Saving Account or Flexible Spending Account."
Compounded disclosure
Credit where due: Mochi's compounded disclosure is consistent, and it is direct — "Compounded medications are not approved or evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality" — repeated verbatim beneath the medication cards on three separate pages. It does not appear in the terms or the FAQ, but where a buyer meets the product, it is there and it is not softened. Among the compounded sellers reviewed here, that is the better pattern.
Mochi names no excluded states for the service itself, saying only that promotional pricing is "not available in all states" and that terms "vary by state".
