Readers who will start on the monthly plan, see a shipment arrive, and ask how a term plan is billed before taking the lower 12-month rate.
What to watch out for
The cancellation route is simple, and the refund is narrow.
HealthRx says you can cancel at any time by emailing support, and any unshipped dose is refunded. What does not come back is medication the pharmacy has already dispensed: canceling a subscription does not return it, and once an order is charged and handed to carriers the sale is final. On a term plan that makes the shipped part of the order the money at stake, so ask support in writing how a term is billed and how much ships at once before you pay for one.

Plans and prices
How much does HealthRx cost?
HealthRx's cheapest standing plan is compounded semaglutide at $99 a month, on a 12-month plan, with the medication included. That is $1,188 for 12 months. Month to month it is $165 a month. The $99 plan includes the clinician visit and shipping. Read from HealthRx's own pages between October 15, 2026 and October 26, 2026.

What a year costs
The monthly price times the charges in a year (twelve, or thirteen where a provider bills every 4 weeks), for plans that include the medication. Each plan is counted at the dose and price it lists, for all twelve months; first-month offers, refill-window changes and campaign prices are not applied.

Editorial
Our take
Why consider it
- You can cancel at any time by emailing support, and any unshipped dose is refunded.
- If a provider declines to prescribe or does not approve you after payment, the related charge is refunded in full.
- If HealthRx proposes a change to your renewal price or billing period, you are notified first and may cancel before it takes effect.
- Service is available in every state for adults 18 and older, with free overnight shipping.
Worth knowing
- Medication the pharmacy has dispensed cannot be returned, and canceling a subscription does not change that.
- Subscribe & Save renews automatically until you cancel, and the introductory discount applies to the first payment only.
- Plans renew at the end of their term, while one-time purchases are said not to renew, so ask which one a term plan is.
- Plans are cash-pay with no insurance required, and you agree not to submit claims to Medicare or other payors.
HealthRx's lowest rate is its 12-month term, which works out to $99 a month for semaglutide against $165 a month on its monthly plan. The rate is not the real risk. What decides it is how much medication has shipped by the time you stop, because once the pharmacy dispenses an order it cannot be returned.
What does the lowest rate cost, term by term?
Every plan includes the medication, the consultation and shipping. Semaglutide runs $99 a month on 12 months, $119 on six and $133 on three. Tirzepatide follows the same ladder at $179, $199 and $209.
Budget against the totals, since the longer plans are priced for the whole term. Twelve months of semaglutide comes to $1,188, and twelve months of tirzepatide to $2,148. The three-month blocks are $399 and $627.
The starting price HealthRx advertises is the 12-month rate, so the headline figure and the longest term are the same thing.
What does paying month to month change?
Subscribe & Save is the month-to-month route. Semaglutide opens at $99 for the first month and then bills $165 a month; tirzepatide opens at $99 and then bills $214.
The opening figure is a first-payment discount and nothing more, and the recurring price is disclosed before payment. After that the plan renews automatically until you cancel. Plan around the second number, not the first.
What do you get back if you stop?
Three different rungs apply at three different moments. If a provider declines to prescribe after you have paid, HealthRx refunds the charge in full to the original payment method. Support processes that refund by hand once the clinical decline is recorded, and how quickly it lands depends on your bank.
If you cancel partway, any unshipped dose is refunded.
What does not come back is medication the pharmacy has already dispensed. HealthRx points to state and federal rules and puts it bluntly: "Once charged and handed to carriers, all sales become final." Canceling a subscription does not undo a dispense. Read together, those lines say the unshipped part of an order comes back and the shipped part does not.
Two smaller mechanics sit alongside that. Before a shipment goes out you can change the order through your account, and a package lost in transit is reshipped.
How do you actually cancel?
HealthRx says you can cancel at any time by emailing support@healthrx.com. That cancels future renewals, and any unshipped dose is refunded.
Send the email before the date you would be charged, and keep a copy of it and of any reply. If HealthRx later proposes a change to your renewal price or billing period, it says it will notify you first and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
What happens when a term ends?
Term plans renew at the end of their term, and each renewal carries a standing subscriber credit off the plan price. On that wording renewal is the default, which means ending it is something you have to do, and the route HealthRx names is an email to support. HealthRx separately says one-time purchases do not renew automatically, and that line does not say whether a term plan counts as one. Ask support which applies to the plan you are buying.
Put a reminder in before the term's last day, so the cancellation email goes out in time, and use an email address you actually read, because any notice of a price change goes to the address on your account.
Does insurance touch any of this?
No. HealthRx describes its plans as one cash price with no insurance required, and says they are HSA and FSA eligible. It also states that its services are not health insurance and that by ordering you agree not to submit a claim for them to Medicare, any other federal payor, or any state or private payor.
Is there a state HealthRx will not serve?
No state is carved out. It says service is available in every state for adults 18 and older, with free overnight shipping.
Is there an outside record to check it against?
Trustpilot shows no record for HealthRx, so there is no customer feedback to weigh beside its own terms. That says nothing about the company either way, but it leaves the written terms above as the only record to go on.
What we'd do first
Start on Subscribe & Save and decide about a term once a shipment has arrived. The monthly route costs more each month, $165 against $99 on semaglutide, and that gap is the price of seeing the service work before you take a term.
If you do take a term, do three things first. Ask support in writing how the term is billed and how much ships at once, because unshipped doses are refunded and shipped ones are not. Ask whether a term plan renews automatically at the end. Then set a reminder before the term ends, because renewal is the default and ending it takes an email.

Cancellation and refunds

What the provider's own terms say, with the quote behind each line.
How to cancel
By email
Cancel at any time by emailing support; stops future renewals
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@healthrx.com, which cancels future subscription renewals. If HealthRx proposes a change to your renewal price or billing period, it will notify you at the email address on your account before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the change.
Refunds
Unshipped only
Unshipped doses are refunded; dispensed medication cannot be returned
Any unshipped dose is refunded when you cancel. If a provider declines to prescribe or does not approve you after payment, HealthRx issues a full refund of the related charge to the original payment method; support processes it by hand once the clinical decline is recorded, and how long it takes to appear depends on your financial institution. Prescription medication cannot be returned after the pharmacy has dispensed it, all sales become final once charged and handed to carriers, and canceling a subscription does not return medication already dispensed. Orders can be modified through your account before shipment, damaged or lost items require contacting patient care, and a package lost in transit is reshipped. Over-the-counter products can be returned unopened within 30 days after the sale; customers pay return shipping, COD returns are not accepted, and returns can be denied if products appear tampered with, opened, or not in original condition. If HealthRx proposes a change to your renewal price or billing period, it will notify you before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the change.
Automatic renewal
Auto-renews
Subscribe & Save renews until canceled; term plans renew at term end
Subscribe & Save subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. An introductory discount applies to the first payment only, and the recurring price is disclosed before payment; on the tirzepatide monthly plan the first month is followed by a monthly charge until you cancel.
