How to cancel MEDVi

The steps
Cancellation can be requested at any time by contacting customer service or through the patient portal.

No refund issued for monthly billing upon cancellation for the cancellation month or prior months.

For multi-month billing, refund issued only for months where no medication was shipped.

After cancellation, services continue through the end of the current billing cycle.

If cancellation notice is not received 72 hours before billing date, subscription will be charged for the current cycle and cancellation takes effect the following cycle.
“If prior notice is not received in this window, your subscription will be charged in accordance with the then-current billing cycle, and the cancellation will take effect on the subsequent billing cycle.”

Regulators have written to MEDVi
FDA warning letter, February 20, 2026Open: allegations, not findings
The FDA wrote to MEDVi, LLC on 20 February 2026, alleging that its website made false or misleading claims about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, that product labels carried the MEDVi name although MEDVi does not compound the drugs, and that its claims implied an FDA approval compounded drugs do not have. A warning letter states what the agency alleges rather than a finding, and MEDVi may have responded since.
