That is $299 to $1,828 a month for Zepbound, depending only on who you buy it from. They are not the same plan — some include the consult, some bill several months at a time — so the spread is a place to start comparing rather than a saving anyone is promising you.

Does the price climb with the dose?
A Zepbound price quoted at the starting dose is not what the year costs if it rises at every step. These providers say in their own terms that it does.
For 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg and 15 mg doses, regular prices are $499 to $699 per month if prescription is not refilled within 45 days.

Post-transaction reimbursement may be available if the prescription was filled within 45 days as required but savings could not be verified at point of sale.
