That is $149 to $349.99 a month for the Wegovy tablet, depending only on who you buy it from. They are not the same plan — some include the consult, some bill several months at a time — so the spread is a place to start comparing rather than a saving anyone is promising you.

Does the price climb with the dose?
A the Wegovy tablet price quoted at the starting dose is not what the year costs if it rises at every step. These providers say in their own terms that it does.
Price changes when titrating to a higher dose tier; customers receive a prompt to confirm the upgrade before the charge is applied.
