Every price here is a first-month price
SkinnyRx sells four products and puts a figure under each: "$99 first month" for the once-weekly tirzepatide injection, "$99 first month" for the semaglutide injection, "$149 first month" for the semaglutide tablets and "$199 first month" for the tirzepatide tablets. A banner runs across the top of the page offering the injections at that rate while supplies last.
What the site does not publish anywhere is what any of them costs from the second month. There is no ongoing rate printed beside the promotional one, no dose table behind a link, and no figure in the terms. That is why the price section above is empty rather than showing a number: a first-month price is recorded against the ongoing price it reverts to, and SkinnyRx publishes no ongoing price to record it against.
It is worth seeing what that gap looks like at a seller that does print both. Embody sells the same kind of compounded semaglutide injection and publishes its whole table: — for the first month, then — a month from the second. We are not saying SkinnyRx's second month costs that. We are saying nobody can tell you what it costs from the page, and that the number a buyer signs up on is the smallest one they will ever pay.
What the refund terms do say
The refund terms are unusually detailed for a site this sparse on prices, and they are set out in full below. The shape of them is worth reading before you order: there is a clean window in which a full refund is available, it closes at a specific moment rather than after a number of days, and several categories of purchase sit outside refunds entirely.
Two clauses deserve attention. Refund amounts are not fixed — SkinnyRx states that any discount received may be "reversed or proportionally adjusted" if you cancel before a promotional or committed term ends, so a refund on a discounted order is not simply the amount you paid. And bundled subscriptions are excluded outright, alongside anything already shipped.
The FDA letter
On 20 February 2026 the FDA wrote to Lean Rx, Inc. dba SkinnyRx alleging that claims made about the compounded drugs sold through the service were false or misleading, and that the products were misbranded as a result. The letter is recorded in the safety section below with its source. A warning letter sets out what the agency alleges; it is not a finding, and it is not a court judgment.
Who you are buying from
The company behind the brand is Lean Rx, Inc. — named in the FDA letter and in the copyright line at the foot of the site. SkinnyRx itself does not prescribe: the page says an online evaluation with an independent licensed medical professional determines whether a prescription is appropriate, and that a prescription may then be filled at a partner pharmacy unless you ask for a different one. No pharmacy is named.
The checkout offers instalments through Affirm at rates the page gives as 0-36% APR, subject to an eligibility check. Financing a course of medication is a different commitment from paying month to month, and the interest is not part of any price shown.
