none on record
Henry publishes no fixed price — only "starts at $179/month". It is compounded-only with no FDA-approved option, and offers all three molecules the FDA proposed excluding from the 503B bulks list in April 2026, including compounded oral tirzepatide, for which no FDA-approved equivalent exists. Its treatment pages carry a proper FDA disclosure, but the homepage and FAQ soften it to "not FDA-approved in the same way as commercial drugs".

That is the cheapest arrangement this provider will sell, and its page does not say which dose, plan length or medication earns it. Treat it as the least you could pay, and ask what your own dose costs before signing up.

Compounded only, and no fixed price
Henry publishes no fixed price for its GLP-1 programmes — only "starts at $179/month". It is compounded-only: there is no FDA-approved option here at any price.
That matters more than usual right now. Henry offers compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide, and compounded oral tirzepatide, for which no FDA-approved oral equivalent exists at all. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before sale, and a compounded product is not a generic of an approved brand.
The disclosure gets weaker the closer you get to the buy button
Henry discloses the FDA position in four different wordings, and they are not equivalent. The strongest sits in the terms of service: compounded medications are "not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, effectiveness, or quality."
The version most buyers will actually read — the homepage and FAQ accordion — says something materially softer: compounded medications are "not FDA-approved in the same way as commercial drugs, but they do use FDA-approved ingredients."
Those two sentences describe the same regulatory fact very differently. "Not approved in the same way" frames the gap as a matter of degree; the offsetting clause about approved ingredients invites the reader to discount it. Approved ingredients do not make a compounded product an approved drug, and the treatment-page fine print — which states that compounded medications "do not undergo pre-market review or an FDA-approval process" — is the accurate version.
"Cancel any time" has three qualifications
Henry's homepage and FAQ both say "You can easily cancel any time." The same FAQ answer continues: "If you're on a multi-month plan, you may be required to pay out the rest of your balance unless you're unable to continue for medical-related reasons as determined by a healthcare provider."
The terms add a notice period: "All subscription renewals will happen automatically unless you cancel ... at least 48 hours before the end of your current subscription term." And the refunds policy closes the loop: prescription medications are "final sale upon shipment", and subscription fees are "generally non-refundable". The consultation fee is separately non-refundable.
A refill cadence its own pages disagree on
The GLP-1 treatment page FAQ says: "you'll get a shipment every 45 days for injectables or 90 days for oral tablets as prescribed by your provider." Henry's programmes page, listing the injectables it actually sells, shows no 45-day tier at all — compounded semaglutide ships every 70 or 90 days, and compounded liraglutide every 60. If you are budgeting on a 45-day cycle, that is a different annual cost from a 70-day one.
Practical friction
Damaged or temperature-compromised shipments must be reported within 48 hours, and replacements are capped at one per 90 days. Henry names only California among states with restrictions, for delays and a phentermine exclusion; no broader state list is published.
The regulatory backdrop
The shortage pathway that permitted large-scale compounding of semaglutide and tirzepatide ended in 2025. In April 2026 the FDA proposed permanently excluding these molecules from the list of substances outsourcing facilities may compound in bulk; comments closed in June 2026 and no final determination has been published. Henry offers all three of the molecules covered by that proposal. This is a supply and continuity risk rather than a safety claim — but a compounded-only provider has no approved product to fall back on if the proposal is finalised.
Cancellation and refunds
How to cancel
Customers can cancel anytime through the patient portal, support email, or phone, but multi-month plans may require payment of the remaining balance unless cancellation is medically necessary.
